Job Purpose
We are looking for an IT professional to be involved in all
aspects of the business from desktop support to account
management and implementing new systems.
You will be given the opportunity to learn new skills, work with
different industries and broaden your knowledge base. This is a
very hands on role and each day will bring new challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities
You must be fluent in English and have excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are
a prerequisite.
- You will be required to provide desktop, server and network
support for clients (Onsite, Telephone & Remotely)
- Reviewing clients systems and making recommendations for
upgrades etc.
- Preparing network documentation, audits and proposals.
- Good Microsoft Products & Networking knowledge. i.e MS
Exchange, SBS 2000/3 Windows Server, XP/Vista, MS Office,
Outlook skills.
- Ability to organize own schedules, liaising with clients and
ensuring things are running smoothly after support job/upgrades.
- Client relationship management.
Experience
Maturity, common sense, soft skills and good
communications skills are of the highest value to us.
At least 2 years experience of the duties and responsibilites
above.
Formal training on industry products will be provided.
Own vehicle and driving license is an advantage.
This is a hands on role which will provide many learning
opportunities across all areas of the business.
